Environment

As per Alpha Asset Management's own ESG evaluation guidelines, investment targets are selected and an eco-friendly business portfolio is created and managed. In particular, we invest in the area of renewables and execute strategies to achieve a virtuous cycle of ESG management for our investment target corporates.
Social

We prohibit any form of discrimination based on gender in the hiring and promotion process for executives and employees, and also operate a fair personnel system that is based on each individual's capabilities. We endeavor to build a better ecosystem and work environment for investment target corporates and also perform social contribution activities utilizing Alpha Asset Management's expertise.
Governance

The ESG Committee is a group of internal and external experts that operates under the Board of Directors, which itself consists of both internal and external experts. Based on the cycle-specific Committee operation, we build differentiated ESGs unique for Alpha Asset Management by leading activities from ESG planning to execution and evaluation.

ESG investment process

Alpha Asset Management carries out an investment process based on the internal ESG guidelines, from hiring fund managers to sharing performance results and exits. We determine investment eligibility in line with strict ESG investment guidelines, and where necessary, provide support for the ESG-based growth of investment corporates via shareholder engagement.
